All of the routes covered in this book have been walked or skied by the author, except a few kilometres close to the mountain passes of the 1M, 1P-1S, 4H, 7P and 7Q routes currently closed by the Russian border guards. All in all 96 routes covering more than 4.600 kilometres are described through texts, GPS coordinates, maps and photos.
