The book presents 180 images of the surface of Mars acquired by the CaSSIS instrument onboard the European Space Agency’s ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter spacecraft. Each image has been processed to reveal the diversity in colour and morphology of the red planet. The images come with brief descriptions in five languages. The book also includes a short description of the Swiss-led CaSSIS instrument and how it acquires these amazing images. The text is supported by glossaries to clarify technical terms.
