Availability

Our stocks are updated several times a day. The availability and approximate delivery times are indicated for each item.

If there is an unforeseen delay, we will inform you immediately. If parts of an order cannot be delivered at short notice, we will wait to dispatch and ship the order in full. If you do not want this, please let us know. Subsequent deliveries are free of charge.

Your order will be processed within one business day and then sent to you by post or parcel service. We ship from Monday to Friday.

Orders that reach us on the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

We try to send all items in one package. If this is not possible due to different formats (e.g. books + rolled maps), it is possible that the individual parcels will be delivered on separate days. Such partial deliveries are only charged once.

We do not ship to PO boxes outside austria and germany.

Switzerland: Please note that special regulations apply for deliveries to Switzerland.

Since Switzerland is neither an EU nor an EEA member, we only charge the net price for deliveries to Switzerland. Nevertheless, every delivery to Switzerland is subject to customs duties and value added tax. A tax rate of 2.5% applies to book and map deliveries. In addition, there is a postal transfer tax (a postage processing fee) for tax amounts of CHF 5 or more. The fees incurred are collected by Swiss Post. You can find more details on the website of the Federal Customs Administration.
